LUBBOCK, TX – April 18, 2022 – McGrath Real Estate Partners, a Houston-based leader in student and multifamily development, has announced the acquisition of 15.08 acres in Lubbock, Texas. The well-known Houston based developer plans to develop a Class A student housing development.

The development will be located on the newly expanded Auburn Street between Slide Road and Winston Avenue in Lubbock, TX.  Located on the Citibus purple route, the site is less than 7-minutes away from Texas Tech University.
